-안성 전기톱에 살해당한 또순이(견종-로트와일러 믹스/ 로트와일러보다 크기 작음)는 우체부에게 친근하게 인사를 건넬 정도로 유순한 성격이며,
-산책을 위해 풀어 놓은 개들 중 2마리만이 우체부를 따라 올라갔다가 또순이만 살해당함
-엔진톱은 작동시 100db의 소음(비행기 이륙소음)이 나므로 겁을 주어 쫓기에 충분함에도
-또순이를 붙잡은 채 톱으로 몸통 둘레를 난자한 것으로 추정됨
-난자당한 채, 집으로 비틀거리며 20-30미터 이동 중 쓰러져 죽게 됨
-이웃 간의 보복을 위해 개를 톱으로 죽인 것은 명백히 의도적인 폭력이며,
-가해자는 동물 뿐만 아니라 사람(박소연 대표)에게도 폭력을 행사하는 폭력범으로 사회적으로 처벌해야 마땅함
-또순이 자견인 ‘희망이’는 어미의 죽음을 눈 앞에서 보고 그 충격으로 밥을 못 먹는 상태임
-이번 사건은 개뿐만 아니라 모든 국민들이 받을 충격을 생각하여 가해자의 폭력성에 대한 엄정한 수사와 처벌이 강력히 필요함
-Ttouni killed dog(Breed: Rottwiler mix – smaller than a rottwiler) in Ansung with a motor saw had a gentle character, saying hi to the mailman ina firendly manner.
-Only 2 of the released dogs for exercise followed the mailman and only Ttosuni was killed.
-Engine saw(motor saw) makes noise of 100db which equals the noise of an airplane while taking off, so the sound alone was enough to scare the dogs away
-The attacker held ttosuni and cut fully around her body with the saw
-Ttosuni walked back towards home, stumbling and her stomach all open for 20=30meters.
-It is a planned violence to kill a dog with a motor saw to get revenge on neighbor
-Attacker not only abused animal but also beated human(So-youn Park, president of CARE), he should be punished as a criminal.
-The son of Ttosuni, Heemang witnessed his mom’s death in front of him and stopped eating from the shock.
-Considering the nationwide shock from this case, the attacker’s violence should be investigated thoroughly and strongly punished.
CCTV 영상을 보면 또순이는 우체부 아저씨에게 반갑게 꼬리를 흔들며 다가갑니다.
그 후 우체부 아저씨를 따라 길을 올라갔다가 잠시 사라졌던 또순이는 가해자의 톱에 다친 뒤, 비틀거리며 집으로 걸어 내려오다 미처 집에 도착하기도 전에 길에 쓰러져 죽어 버립니다!
가해자는 이전에도 주인이 보는 앞에서 아이들을 풀어놓고 산책 시키는 동안 나타나 쇠파이프로 의도적인 폭행을 가합니다.
엔진톱의 특성을 살펴보면 가해자의 살해의도를 더 정확히 파악할 수 있습니다.
엔진톱은 버튼을 눌러야만 작동하며, 작동시 소음이 100db(비행기이륙소음)에 이르기 때문에
소음만으로 충분히 겁을 주어 쫓아낼 수 있습니다.
정황상, 가해자는 또순이를 붙잡은 채 살해의도를 갖고 톱을 작동시켜 배를 갈라 상해를 입히고,
죽을 것이 분명한 아이를 방치한 것입니다.
오늘 우리 협회는 동물학대 혐의를 추가하는 진정서와 5000명에 달하는 서명서를 수원지검 평택지청에 전달하였으며,
앞으로도 엄정한 수사와 처벌을 강력히 요청할 것입니다.
On the security camera, Ttosuni greets the milman wagging her tai in a friendly mannerl.
After that she follows the mailman up to the road nd disappears for a while. And when she shows up again she’s wounded from the motor saw and stumbles heading towards her home. But she collapses before arriving and dies.
Attacker used to show up while the victim’s family exercise the dogs and beats them with iron pipes in front of the owner on purpose.
If yu look up for the characteristics of an engine saw, you’d get the intention of killing the dogs more precisely.
Engine saw only works while you push the button and goes off when you don’t push the button. WHen operating, the noise equals to that of an airplane taking off, so the noise alone can make the dogs run away.
Considering the situations, attacker is asumed to hold Ttosuni tightly on her neck, and with intention to kill her pushes the button, and ran the motor saw around her body, and left her like that even though it is obvious that she will die.
Today we sent a petition to add animal abuse for accusation(right now the police only put on destroying of property), with 5000 signatures to Head of Pyeong-teak district branch, Suwon district court of presecution office.We will keep pushing for thorough investigation and stron punishment.
